FORS MW hosted a production management training group from Opstar Profit

We are proud to be a good example for production management training group of Opstar Profit!
On February 14th our CEO Ahti and Production Manager Gary described to the group of production leaders how we are using the tools like 6S, Scrum and Global reader in our everyday work. It was a great and mutually beneficial day.

Visitors from the Federation of Estonian Engineering Industry

On January 10th FORS MW hosted 20 visitors from the Federation of Estonian Engineering Industry. Our Production Manager Gary made a factory tour to dear colleagues and introduced the new technologies that have been implemented during 2018.

FORS MW has made serious investments to the production during 2018. The key focus has been on automation and assemblies accuracy which increases constructions quality and lifetime, also punctuality in deliveries.
